Geely Automobile has entered a series of new and revised connected transaction agreements with related parties to support its expansion and internal supply chain. The company signed a Services Agreement with ride-hailing affiliate CaoCao, under which Geely will procure travel and event services with proposed annual caps rising from about RMB933.7 million in 2026 to RMB1,058.3 million in 2028.
Geely also agreed to purchase CKDs and automobile components from LEVC Automobile Group, setting sizeable annual caps of roughly RMB9.0 billion to RMB9.6 billion over 2026–2028, underscoring its commitment to scaled component sourcing. In addition, Geely will replace an existing CBUs sales arrangement with a broader Automobile Products Sales Agreement covering Geely Holding, CaoCao, Volvo and Wisdom Puhua, with sales caps of about RMB7.38 billion in 2026 and RMB9.08 billion in 2027, reflecting rising demand and the company’s expansion in autonomous vehicles in China and within its affiliated network.
