Global Education Communities Corp. has expanded its portfolio with the addition of GEC Kingsway, its 16th branded building in Metro Vancouver, anticipated to be fully operational by late August 2024. The new facility will offer nearly 300 beds and a range of amenities, aiming to serve students before the new academic year. With an expected annual revenue of $5 million from GEC Kingsway, the company continues to strengthen its position in the education and student housing market.
