Global Education Communities Corp. (GECC) has expanded its portfolio by formally entering into a Master Lease Partnership Program with a local developer for a new property, GEC Kingsway, in Vancouver. This property will feature a fully-furnished six-storey building with 284 beds and amenities such as a fitness centre and student lounge, strategically located near transportation and educational institutions. GECC anticipates the property to be fully booked by summer 2024, contributing to an expected annual revenue of over $5 million.
