Gear Energy Ltd. has announced the appointment of Scott Robinson as the new Chair of its Board of Directors, succeeding Don Gray who remains on the Board. Robinson, an experienced petroleum engineer and executive, brings over 38 years of industry expertise to his new role after substantial tenure at Peyto Exploration and Development Corp. Additionally, Gear reports a significant share purchase by Gray, consolidating the directors’ and officers’ ownership to 7.5% of Gear’s common shares.
