GDS Holdings Limited, a company with a weighted voting rights structure, has announced a custodian bank change from JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. to HSBC Hong Kong effective August 12, 2024. This change will temporarily halt the conversion between the company’s American depositary shares and ordinary shares for one week, but will not impact trading on the Nasdaq Global Market or the Hong Kong Stock Exchange during the transition.
