GDS Global Ltd. successfully convened an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) with a quorum present, where shareholders had the opportunity to ask questions in person before voting by poll on all resolutions. The event, chaired by Mr Tang Hee Sung, was conducted according to the company’s and SGX-ST’s regulations, with Reliance 3P Advisory Pte. Ltd. overseeing the poll process.
