GDS Global Ltd. has announced a rights cum warrants issue, offering up to 112 million Rights Shares at S$0.02 each, paired with up to 224 million Warrants, allowing shareholders to buy additional shares at S$0.06 each. Shareholders as of the record date, 9 July 2024, are entitled to one Rights Share for every share they own, with the shares trading ‘cum-rights’ until 5 July 2024, and ‘ex-rights’ from 8 July 2024 on the Catalist of the SGX-ST.
