GDI Property Group Director’s Final Notice

GDI Property Group (AU:GDI) has released an update.

John Tuxworth, a director of GDI Property Group, has ceased his director role as of September 30, 2024, as reported to the ASX in compliance with listing rules. The final director’s interest notice revealed that Tuxworth has no registered securities but holds an indirect interest in 270,300 stapled securities through Onemore Holdings Pty Limited and the Tuxworth Family Superannuation Fund. No interests in contracts were disclosed in the notice.
