Robert Neil Coombe, a director at Generation Development Group Limited (GDG), has reported an increase in his holdings with the acquisition of 242,053 shares at $1.95 each, as part of a Share and Option Sale Agreement related to GDG’s acquisition of Lonsec Holdings Pty Ltd. This transaction, which took place on August 1, 2024, was approved by GDG shareholders and resulted in Coombe’s indirect interest through Orlica Pty Ltd as trustee for the Coombe Superannuation Fund.
