GCP Infrastructure Investments Limited has continued executing its share buyback programme, repurchasing 477,605 ordinary shares on 14 April 2026 at a volume-weighted average price of 75.59 pence. The transaction, carried out through RBC Europe Limited across multiple trading venues, forms part of the company’s ongoing capital management strategy.

Following this latest buyback, GCP Infra now has 884,797,669 ordinary shares in issue, of which 60,734,220 are held in treasury, leaving 824,063,449 voting rights outstanding. Since the programme began in December 2024, the company has acquired 43,749,201 shares for treasury, potentially enhancing net asset value per share and consolidating existing shareholders’ ownership stakes.
