GCP Infrastructure Investments Ltd has updated investors with a strong quarterly report, showcasing a net asset value of 107.62 pence per share, and a diversified portfolio valued at £1.0 billion with a promising average yield of 7.8%. The company has also successfully reduced its leverage, following the strategic disposal of loan notes from Blackcraig Wind Farm at a premium, which will also lower its exposure to merchant electricity prices. The Board remains focused on meeting its capital allocation policy’s targets, including substantial leverage reduction and returning capital to shareholders.
