GC Construction Holdings Limited has announced plans to amend its articles of association to comply with new Listing Rules effective December 31, 2023, which include adopting a paperless regime and other housekeeping changes. Shareholders will vote on the Proposed Amendments at the annual general meeting scheduled for August 16, 2024. Detailed information regarding the amendments will be provided to shareholders in an upcoming circular.
