GB Group PLC successfully concluded its Annual General Meeting, with all proposed resolutions passed by a majority of votes. Key outcomes included the approval of the annual report, accounts, and a final dividend of 4.20 pence per share. The AGM also saw the re-appointment of several directors and the departure of non-executive director Natalie Gammon.
