Gatos Silver has amended its agreements with Dowa, enhancing its management rights and allowing for complete financial statement consolidation of the Los Gatos Joint Venture (LGJV). The changes will streamline financial reporting and provide a clearer view of Gatos Silver’s performance, particularly ahead of its anticipated merger with First Majestic in January 2025.
