Gateway Mining Secures 6.54% Stake in Brightstar

Gateway Mining Limited (AU:GML) has released an update.

Gateway Mining Limited has become a substantial holder in Brightstar Resources Limited, now controlling a noteworthy 6.54% stake through the acquisition of 466,666,667 ordinary shares. The shares were part of the consideration for Brightstar Resources Limited’s acquisition of Gold Rights within the Montague East project, a deal completed on October 2, 2024. Gateway’s new position as a substantial holder was effective as of October 1, 2024.
