Gateway Mining Limited has emerged as a substantial shareholder in Brightstar Resources Limited, securing a 6.54% stake with 466,666,667 ordinary fully paid shares. This move comes as a part of the consideration for Brightstar’s acquisition of Gold Rights within the Montague East project, which was completed on October 2, 2024. Gateway Mining Limited is now both the registered and beneficial holder of these shares.
