Gateley (Holdings) PLC has reported that its Employee Benefit Trust has acquired over 2 million shares from company employees, including senior managers, to fulfill future share option vesting. The shares were bought at an average price of 138 pence each, using the company’s cash reserves. This transaction has led to a total of approximately 1.6% of the company’s voting rights being held in trust for employee benefits.
