Gateley (Holdings) PLC has announced a half cash, half stock earn-out payment of £0.8 million to the vendors of RJA Consultants, now known as Gateley RJA, following their robust financial performance that exceeded expectations. The payment, which is part of the acquisition terms from July 2023, includes the issuance of 299,438 new ordinary shares based on a recent average share price. This strategic move strengthens Gateley’s position in the affordable housing sector and property insurance services, with the CEO expressing confidence in the continued growth from government housing policies.
