Gateley Director Buys Shares, Ups Stake

Gateley (Holdings) (GB:GTLY) has released an update.

Gateley (Holdings) PLC, a professional services group, has announced that its Non-Executive Director, Colin Jones, has invested in the company by purchasing 40,000 ordinary shares at 130.5 pence each. This acquisition, carried out on the London Stock Exchange, raises Jones’ total interest in Gateley to 0.03% of its issued share capital.
