Gateley Chairman Increases Stake with Share Purchase

Gateley (Holdings) (GB:GTLY) has released an update.

Gateley (Holdings) PLC’s Chairman, Edward Knapp, has expanded his stake in the company by purchasing an additional 11,586 ordinary shares at a price of 125 pence each. This acquisition increases Knapp’s total shareholding to 41,519 shares, representing a 0.03% interest in the company’s issued share capital. The transaction was conducted on October 30, 2024, on the London Stock Exchange.
