Gaodi Holdings Announces Executive Leadership Changes

China Shenghai Group Limited (HK:1676) has released an update.

Gaodi Holdings Limited announces the resignation of Mr. Hu as chairman and executive director, effective 29 July 2024, to focus on other business interests. Mr. Li, the former CEO and executive director, will replace him as chairman while also assuming the role of Authorized Representative and Process Agent. The company expressed gratitude to Mr. Hu for his service and welcomed Mr. Li’s experience in asset management and business operations to his new role.
