Ganfeng Lithium Group Co., Ltd. has announced that its controlled subsidiaries in Mexico are challenging the cancellation of their mineral concessions after the Secretary of Economy upheld the decision. The subsidiaries have filed annulment claims with Mexico’s Federal Tribunal of Administrative Justice, which are currently under review. Meanwhile, an arbitration claim involving the subsidiaries has been registered with the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes but has not yet entered the written and oral phases.
