Ganfeng Lithium Group Co., Ltd. has announced the upcoming retirement of Ms. Wong Sze Wing as an independent non-executive director and committee chairperson, and the nomination of Mr. Wong Ho Kwan as her successor. Mr. Wong’s appointment to the roles of independent non-executive director, audit committee chairman, and sustainable development committee member will be subject to shareholder approval at the next general meeting. Mr. Wong’s director’s emolument has been proposed at RMB180,100, and he holds no other listed company directorships or company shares.
