Ganfeng Lithium Co has announced that the amendment to its Articles of Association, previously addressed in its March 28 announcement and 2023 Annual Report, is still under discussion and will not be presented for shareholder approval at the 2023 annual general meeting as planned. Shareholders will be kept informed with further updates on the matter. The announcement was made by the company’s Chairman, Li Liangbin, and the resolution has been postponed until further notice.
