Ganfeng Lithium Group has declared a final ordinary dividend of RMB 8 per 10 shares for the year ended 31 December 2023, with the payout to be made in HKD at a rate of 8.77382 per 10 shares, following shareholder approval on 25 June 2024. The ex-dividend date is set for 27 June 2024, with the company disclosing both the exchange rate and the withholding tax rates applicable to different shareholder categories.
