Ganfeng Lithium Group Co., Ltd. has announced a final ordinary dividend of RMB 8 per 10 shares for the financial year ending December 31, 2023, with a payment date set for August 16, 2024. Shareholders must have their documentation lodged by June 28, 2024, to be eligible for the dividend, which will be paid in HKD at an exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.096727. Withholding tax rates will be applied at 10% for non-resident enterprises and individuals, and 20% for resident individuals in the PRC.
