Ganfeng Lithium Co. has announced the cancellation of 329 thousand units of Share Options following the resignation of 12 participants from its 2021 Share Option Incentive Scheme. The company has adjusted the number of participants to 376 and cancelled 5,322.2 thousand units of Share Options not exercised during the second period, leaving 10,324.3 thousand units valid. The Share Options are tied to ordinary A Shares, which will be issued to the remaining participants as per the scheme’s allocation.
