Gamma Communications PLC has announced a share buyback, purchasing 31,573 ordinary shares at prices ranging from 1,410 to 1,466 pence per share, with the intention of holding these shares in treasury. After this transaction, the company’s treasury holds 1,555,802 ordinary shares, with an overall total of 95,944,587 shares in issue, excluding those held in treasury.
