Gamma Communications PLC has executed a buyback of 67,372 of its ordinary shares at prices ranging from 1,478.00 to 1,480.00 pence per share, with the intention to hold these in treasury. Post-transaction, Gamma Communications now has 95,759,048 ordinary shares in circulation, excluding those held in treasury. This move comes as part of the company’s buyback programme announced earlier in March 2024.
