Gamma Communications PLC has completed a buyback of 20,315 of its own shares at prices ranging between 1,478.00 to 1,480.00 pence per share, which will now be held in treasury. Following the transaction, Gamma Communications has 1,603,782 shares in treasury out of 95,896,607 total shares issued. The buyback is part of a programme announced earlier on 25th March 2024.
