Gamma Communications PLC has recently completed a buyback of 4,170 of its ordinary shares through Investec Bank plc at prices ranging from 1,470.00 to 1,480.00 pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury, and after this transaction, the company’s total shares in issue, excluding those in treasury, stands at 95,916,922. The buyback is part of a previously announced program initiated on 25th March 2024.
