Gamma Communications ( (GB:GAMA) ) has provided an announcement.

Gamma Communications has repurchased 21,000 of its own ordinary shares on 5 March 2026 via Investec Bank at prices between 877p and 898p, with a volume-weighted average price of about 886.06p. The company plans to cancel these shares, continuing its ongoing buyback programme.

Following this latest transaction, Gamma has bought back a total of 773,036 shares since the programme began and will have 92,991,315 ordinary shares in issue, of which 1,589,320 are held in treasury. This reduces the number of voting shares to 91,401,995, slightly concentrating existing shareholders’ stakes and signalling continued capital-return discipline by the group.
