Gamma Communications’ Independent Non-Executive Chair, Martin Hellawell, has invested in the company by purchasing 6,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 1648p each. Hellawell’s acquisition, dated 2 October 2024, now represents a stake of less than 0.1% of the firm’s issued share capital.
