Gaming Realms ( (GB:GMR) ) has provided an update.

Gaming Realms reported another record year in 2025, with revenue up 10% to £31.4m and adjusted EBITDA 15% higher at £15.0m, driven by a 13% rise in licensing revenue and margin expansion to 48%. Strong cash generation lifted year-end cash to £17.8m and underpinned increased investment in game development, a £6.0m share buyback programme and the expansion of its Slingo portfolio and third-party distribution platform.

Operationally, the group broadened its footprint by launching 12 new proprietary Slingo games, signing 40 new operator partners and entering additional regulated markets including Delaware in the U.S. and several territories in South America, Europe and Africa. Early 2026 momentum has been supported by launches in Peru, Nigeria, Ghana and Kenya, new content from the Lucky Lunar Studio and continued growth in core licensing revenue, reinforcing Gaming Realms’ positioning as a leading international iGaming content licensor.

The most recent analyst rating on (GB:GMR) stock is a Buy with a £41.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Gaming Realms stock, see the GB:GMR Stock Forecast page.

Spark’s Take on GMR Stock

According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, GMR is a Outperform.

Gaming Realms demonstrates strong financial health and growth potential, supported by a robust balance sheet and effective cash flow management. The positive impact of the share buyback program further enhances shareholder value. However, the technical indicators suggest caution due to bearish momentum, and the lack of a dividend yield may deter income-focused investors.
