GameOn Entertainment Technologies has announced a delay in their annual filings due to additional due diligence for new commercial agreements and blockchain grants. The audit is underway with a further update expected by July 9, 2024, while the management cease trade order (MCTO) will remain in place until the overdue filings are completed. The company assures there are no current accounting or audit issues and continues to follow regulatory guidelines for reporting during the delay.
