Gamehost Inc. has announced a Normal Course Issuer Bid to repurchase and cancel up to 5% of its outstanding shares, as the company believes the market price does not fully reflect the shares’ underlying value. The buyback aims to benefit all remaining shareholders by increasing their proportionate interest when shares are undervalued.
