Gama Aviation Proposes Shareholder Payout and AIM Delisting

Gama Aviation (GB:GMAA) has released an update.

Gama Aviation PLC has announced a plan to return £32.6 million to shareholders through a tender offer, alongside the cancellation of trading its shares on the AIM market. The company has scheduled a General Meeting for May 15, 2024, to discuss resolutions related to the proposed capital return and delisting. Shareholders holding a significant portion of issued share capital have already expressed support for the resolutions, indicating likely approval.
