Gama Aviation PLC has issued 786,394 new ordinary shares under its share option schemes, including shares to director Stephen Wright and other key management personnel. The new shares will trade on the AIM market from 22 May 2024, with Wright holding a 0.53% stake post-admission. Following the share issuance, Gama Aviation’s total issued share capital will be 64,827,673 shares.
