Galway Metals Inc. successfully completed a non-brokered private placement, generating $4.42 million through the sale of charity and traditional flow-through units. The raised funds are earmarked for Canadian exploration expenses, with tax incentives for investors. The placement, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, also paid a finder’s commission to Laurentian Bank Securities Inc.
