Galliford Try Advances Share Buyback Plan

Galliford Try (GB:GFRD) has released an update.

Galliford Try Holdings plc has recently bought back 30,000 of its own shares at a uniform price of 313 pence per share, as part of its ongoing buyback program. The company plans to cancel these shares, reducing the total number of shares in issue to 103,934,769, a move that may affect shareholder voting rights. Since the buyback program commenced, Galliford Try has repurchased a total of 166,731 shares.
