Galliford Try Advances Share Buyback Plan

Galliford Try (GB:GFRD) has released an update.

Galliford Try Holdings plc has recently executed a share buyback, purchasing 60,000 of its own shares on October 9, 2024, at prices ranging from 320 to 324.5 GBp per share, with the intention to cancel the acquired shares. This latest transaction is part of an ongoing buyback programme that has seen the company acquire 136,731 shares to date, leaving Galliford Try with 103,964,769 ordinary shares in issue and no shares held in treasury.
