Galleon Gold Corp. has successfully completed a $3M private placement of convertible debentures, supported by notable investors including Eric Sprott. The offering includes 3,000 units with each unit composed of a $1,000 debenture and 3,030 warrants, with options for conversion and redemption. The funds raised will be secured against gold in the company’s Golden Trove property stockpile.
