Galecto, Inc. has strengthened its Board of Directors by appointing Dr. Amy Wechsler, a distinguished physician with board certifications in dermatology and psychiatry. Her expertise is expected to contribute significantly to Galecto’s mission of developing novel cancer and liver disease treatments. As a non-employee director, she will receive compensation in line with the company’s policy, while bringing valuable experience from her previous roles, including at Bausch Health.
