Galaxy Gaming (GLXZ) has issued an update.
Gavin Isaacs has announced his resignation from both the Board of Directors and as a member of the Audit Committee of Galaxy Gaming, Inc., with the effective date of August 30, 2024. His decision to step down is not due to any disagreements or disputes concerning the company’s operations, policies, or practices. The company has not yet named a successor to fill his position on the Board.
