Galantas Gold Corporation has announced the grant of 3,175,000 stock options to directors, employees, and consultants under its Stock Option Plan. The options are exercisable at C$0.23 per share until 2029, with a vesting schedule set over the next two years. Following this new award, the total outstanding stock options represent 7.8% of the company’s issued and outstanding shares.
