Galantas Gold Corporation has announced the conversion of US$60,000 worth of convertible debentures into 235,294 common shares, with the new shares expected to be admitted for trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange around May 16, 2024. Following the admission, the company will have US$5,278,000 in debentures remaining, with a total of 114,770,587 common shares in circulation.
