Gabriel Resources Ltd. has announced the immediate resignation of Mr. Daniel Kochav from its board of directors. Mr. Kochav was a nominee from Tenor Capital Management, which has also relinquished its right to appoint a successor to the Company’s board. This development comes amid the backdrop of a recent rejection of an exploitation license extension for the Company’s major Roșia Montană gold project in Romania.
