On October 10, 2025, The Gabelli Multimedia Trust Inc. amended its sales agreement with G.research, LLC to allow the offering and sale of up to 10,000,000 shares of its common stock. The offering, which commenced on October 14, 2025, is conducted through at-the-market transactions and is part of the Fund’s effective shelf registration statement filed with the SEC. The minimum sale price for the shares will be the net asset value per share plus the commission.
