G8 Education Announces Director’s Departure and Shareholding

G8 Education Limited (AU:GEM) has released an update.

G8 Education Limited has informed the ASX of the departure of director David Andrew Foster, effective May 7, 2024. The notice stated that Foster held no registered interests in the company’s securities, but disclosed a significant interest through Foster Coastal Investments Pty Ltd, which held 130,047 ordinary shares. No contracts involving the director’s interests were reported.
