Mark A. Wallace, director of G50 Corp Limited, has indirectly increased his stake in the company through the exercise of vested Performance Rights, resulting in a new total of 2,675,000 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares and 2,000,000 Performance Rights. The shares, valued at $0.1412 each based on a 5-day VWAP, were acquired for no monetary consideration. This change, reported to the ASX under listing rule 3.19A.2, reflects a significant shift in director’s interest.
